CozyNest 2BR Modern Property with Parking

The place was located 4 miles from the wedding we was attending which was just what we wanted. The host was very friendly & helpful

Unfortunately we didn't get any hot water, the host tried to sort the boiler but unfortunately it didn't work & we had cold showers etc. It could be a very good place with a little attention to detail & a good clean but with it being so close to our event then we have just got on with it.

Had hairs in one bed. Plates & cutlery weren't very clean.

very scruffy untidy on approach to main door, rubbish everywhere opened door to kitchen area, damage to work top, water stains on ceiling over head near sky lights, bear wire exposed in sky light, rug in kitchen hiding soggy damaged floor boards smelt damp, plates and cups dirty stained, not washed properly paint scraped off walls where furniture had been moved , washing in the washing machine, no welcome pack/explaination of how to use tv shower etc or wifi code bedrooms were tight , side light didn't work, bed close to radiator , caught my leg several times whilst moving down to get into bed other room , my daughter saw a sock and other material object under her bed, dust and cobwebs behind both beds under windows... the shower.... when turning the water flow on, the water leaked out of the joint , smelt damp in the room went out in the evening and found it difficult to re park due to a vehicle parked at an angle being charged left in morning leaving property cleaner than when we found it definitely not EXQUISITE! This looks like a student accommodation, attached to main house , shielded adjoining entrance

The location had lovely walks near it (what we were there for) and it was walking distance to the village shop/pub. It was comfortable and clean.

It was ok. My stay was more pleasant than my friend's as she was in the bedroom closest to the main house. The noise of the family seemed quite loud (they weren't being loud) over the kitchen and her bedroom. The decor was different such that the main lights were funky chandelier type things. They didn't produce very good light but possibly because half the light bulbs weren't working. There were not enough mugs for the amount of people it was supposed to hold and a few were tea stained.
