Nothing only the amount we should pay for one night
INI made the booking via booking.com for 15 rooms. But once I reached there, the management informed me that no rooms were available. I got on a call with the owner and he says the entire hotel is at full capacity. What was the point of making such a big booking then? I had to make other arrangements on short notice. Management is to be blamed.
