Everything. Especially the attitude of the guy at the reception desk. Very arrogant staff especially the one at the reception desk. We have booked the room on 2nd Dec and paid the full amount in advance. When we arrived there on 9th December the receptionist did not allow us to stay . Even he confirmed that booking has been made and payment is done by our end but still he did not allow us to stay without giving any valid reason. He just said property is sold out. He did not even try to accommodate us in a different room or another hotel. When we contacted customer care they said the amount will be refunded but they are also helpless. My suggestion is to avoid such an unprofessional and unethical hotel.
