Stylish 2 bedroom City Centre Apartment sleeps 6 with Free Convenient Bullring , Grand Central Parking

Location - The property is right next to the Bullring Shopping Centre, as well as Grand Central Station.

The building is in a terrible state, the walls are paper thin, the carpet and walls are all damaged and very rundown… entering the building was very depressing. The apartment itself is looking a little tired and not like the pictures. One of the main reasons we booked the apartment was because they advertised the second bedroom as having two single beds, which we needed for our children (15 year-old boy and 12 year-old girl) in reality both bedrooms had double beds and we were forced to bunk with our children (mother and daughter + father and son) not ideal. Other than that, there wasn’t enough seating space (one small two seater couch for four of us) the satellite reception was so bad, we couldn’t watch TV. The towel rails were so rusty, we were too scared to use them.

Very convenient, right next to bullring shopping centre and new street train station. Made it very easy to get around. Two bathroims was a olus as we were travlling in a small group.

Suki and Sunny were very polite and prompt in communication, unfortunately someone was parked the assigned space but this was quickly resolved. Fantastic location, plenty of bedding in the property, modern furnishings, also free parking was a fantastic bonus, as well as the prosecco and bottles of water being a nice touch.

There was crust/dirt and hairs in one of the beds, looked as though the bedding hadn't been changed. The building itself is currently going under renovations - the lift and corridors were much worse for wear.

Good location, friendly helpful host, comfortable beds. clean and tidy, quick to deal with any issues.

No hot water after one person takes a shower.

This apartment was absolutely fabulous! Excellent location, just across the road from the Bull Ring and restaurants a walk away. Even being so close to the bustling atmosphere there was no noise heard in the apartment. It was easy to find using the post code we were given, the carpark is under the apartment building so we didn't have far to go with all our bags and shopping, we even dropped Christmas shopping bags of at the car half way through the day cause its so close! Little touches the hosts did with the beautiful laid out table with Prosecco and music was lovely, thank you. Toiletries and towels were all provided along with milk, coffee capsules and washing up liquid... even ketchup which was a bonus for the bacon sandwiches in the morning. Thank you so much for making our weekend great

If I had a negative it would be the communal area, this was a bit depressing but the place lit up as soon as you walked through the front door. The outside area is being refurbished so when this is done it will be amazing i'm sure.
