Stylish 2 bedroom City Centre Apartment sleeps 6 with Free Convenient Bullring , Grand Central Parking

The property had everything we needed and more, pleasantly surprised with the decor, the apartment was a lot bigger than expected. We arrived to music playing on the radio and even had a bottle of Prosecco. Beds were soft but comfortable, 1 bedroom had an en-suite. We had milk in the fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Washing up liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, hand soap and towels! We really didn't need to take anything. Very impressive. There is security in the building and they were very helpful helping us find restaurants. The building is central to the train station, shops and bars. The communication between the owner to me was brilliant. Thank you so much. I would happily stay again.

The apartment is very warm of a night so I did struggle with that. The only thing I would probably have liked would have been a fan in the room, maybe a tall mirror in the room near the living room. 4 women getting ready for an evening we needed an extra one. The actual building is being renovated and that does let the property down initially but once you get into the flat you will be surprised. Great ambience 🫶🏻

Everything was OK apartment, location , clean , staff and security

The host did stocked up the apartment with groceries and toiletries.

Although the location is right in the city centre, there were some construction works taking place during my stay so taxis couldn’t drive right next to the building. I always had to do a 3 mins walk to get to my taxi. Also, the building looks run down, carpets on the floor of the hallway were taken out and the scaffolds prevented us from having a nice view. This is vital information that should be communicated to guests in advance of payment because the property didn’t meet up to the standard we paid for.

Great location. Very comfortable and clean with all facilities required. Really enjoyed the stay.

Location is prefect

Very dusty. Probably it is caused by the renovation project of the whole building. Not suggest to stay until the renovation is done.

Fantastic location right in the town centre with the train station, Bullring shopping centre and New Street literally on the doorstep. Lots of choice of bars and restaurants within a very short walk so makes it a great social setting. Despite being so close to everything we were found it quiet in the flat at night so we were not disturbed. Lovely decor once inside the flat, and we really appreciated the little touches like a pint of milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine on the table. Great communication from the owner with clear instructions on how to find the property. Highly recommended.

Communal areas are in the process of being updated so not as nice as the inside of the apartment, but this is temporary. Would absolutely go back again though!

Excellent location, couldn’t be more central. Good sized double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Nice big hallway, flat didn’t seem small.

Would have been nice to have had a cafetière. Lounge is a little small but didn’t really bother us but sofa not all that comfy, probably due to its narrowness. But all in all, flat was a very good base for us.
