The service was bare minimum provided the price of the villa

The location is very far from the main road entrance, even taxi don't know the place, a few gave up on finding the location. So we quickly rented a bike for our stay so that is better for our various visits around Jimbaran bay..The breakfast was miserable with poor quality food and coffee, for this price is really non sense to include a breakfast as they don't even have a proper kitchen license!! Even the night shift people were sleeping in front of their desk on the floor!!?? The cleaning of the pool was never done? Their water system pump was off by 9pm and on the next day by 9am only, providing unclean water to dip in, they just put a bleach kind of chemical inside the water to prevent insect but what about leaves and other stuff inside it? The cleaning of the room, bathroom and kitchen was not done well either!! We have requested for the soft bed next to the pool to be changed to the lounge chairs which are on the rooftop and we were told it wasn't possible, why was it so difficult to do? Finally no mosquito repellents are furnished and we had to go to the nearest supermarket to buy the coil type.

Nothing we left this villa on the day we checked in. There was no attempt to reconcile with us and we were also charged more than the amount we were booked in at. There has been no answer or explanation to my request for why it cost so much more, we were there all of 3 hours before making the decision to move elsewhere rather than our holiday being spoilt.

Everything from the moment we walked in, dirty reception, we could see in the kitchen while waiting for our room it was disgustingly dirty, there was no way we could eat there after seeing that. The pool was filthy slimey green on the walls and bottom and centipedes among others, and a dirty sort of lounge to lie on. The walls around the villa were so high it felt like we were in jail and others looked down on us. The villa needs cleaning to a higher standard the toilet was high of the ground and had a dirty wooden box to stand up on that was stained and dirty, the sheets were stained. The villa needs repairs the doors did not close together properly allowing bugs in, the stairs to the upstairs roof space are very dangerous and the upstairs filthy with no shade or privacy and a very limited view, not at all as advertised, this villa is up a very steep hill and then along way off the main road not great for walking to the beach or anywhere, alot of territorial dogs around of which one grabbed a hold of my pants as I walked by. We could not stay here and enjoy our holiday it was very dissapointing as it was nothing like the advertised. This villa is not worth the price they expect and I would advise buyer beware here! An absolute zero if you looking for a romantic Bali experience.

High standard place, but it best years passed.

The room was clean, staff were excellent. The bed was amazing, the bath was nice to soak in and the villa has a sun deck on top of the villa which you had a good outlook over Jimbaran Bay.

The villa needs extra wall partion above pool as the villa is supposed to be private but the villa adjoining can view your villa from the top sun deck. Also the villa has a pool but no pool towels. And the villa has room service but you can not order after 6pm but there is nothing on the menu to state this.

Every day something was not replaced in our villa like water or bath mat. TV's had wrong remotes
