We are.out of the condo. Truthfully it was the worst experience I have ever had in Manila. The condo was very uncomfortable with no decent place to sit The unit was dirty with daily sightings of cockroachs. Very disgusting. There are also bare wires on the shower heater Very scary. Don't expect i will ever stay with you again.

The unit is clean and smells good,and it is fully equipped with appliances.Best of all,we noticed that there were no cockroaches or flies.Kudos to the owners of this unit.If ever we travel again,I hope i can book this place again.It is also close to Moa and within walking distance.

The check-in was very efficient and straightforward. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller and it had everything needed for a home setting as well as being within walking distance to ATMs, convenience store, restaurants, the bay area and Mall of Asia.

I did not get a response to get the TV connected and I kept getting asked at the door if I had a visitor pass to enter the building after informing the doorman and showing the room keys on multiple occasions that I was a guest as it was a real inconvenience for someone travelling solo to the Philippines for the first time to go out and return and still being asked questions while other guests and visitors were let in without questions. No cell network in the lower floors however there is reliable WiFi in the rooms.

I WASNT EVEN ALLOWED TO ENTER THE APARTMENT I PAID FOR!!! The from desk personnel and the security guard will not let me enter the unit even with the keys on my hand and with a proof of charges in my credit card!!!

IF THE PROPERTY MANAGER WILL ANSWER HIS PHONE!!! I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND SO AS THE FRNT DESK AND DENNIS WILL NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE!!!
