"We canceled our stay because it was a dump"

The location

The room was nothing like what was on the website. There was place to check in and talk to someone about any issues. We canceled our stay and still had to pay for the first night. I have been trying to talk to someone about a refund and she will not call me back. I would NOT recommend this place to stay!
