The Fountain Creek Inn of Manitou Springs

Simple, small, basic ...but everything we needed for an affordable, clean, cozy one night stay.

We LOVE this property! Simple, clean and cozy! Staff is great! Second year in a row here and we plan to return every year

This is a very well located place away from the craziness but extremely walkable. The "motel" style rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, nice towels, and a small coffee pot. Most importantly it has a VERY comfortable bed with soft sheets, cozy blankets, and 4 pillows. The communication with the owners was thoroughly pleasant and helpful.

There are only 2 minor reasons this is not a 10. I missed in the descriptions that it didn't have a microwave. I was there for 4 nights so I had to rethink some food options - including no hot leftovers. Not a deal breaker, but not convenient. Also, parking was a challenge one night due to car spacing but the owners told me they are working on expanding paving and have a plan to correct that.
