Furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Kilimani

i was not able to reach the host for check in after payment. The apartment does not exist at the given location. I did not use the facility even though i pad. no refund has been made

This is a fraudulent host.

Very straightforward. Code was given to the lock box and owner was helpful.

My host was amazing and very kind. The facility was clean, beautiful, and well maintained.

A washing machine would be nice.

The view is incredible and the facilities are great.

Sofa chair seems to be dirty, the property has a distinctively negative smell and there's some presence of roaches in the property.

Owner was extremely rude and even accused us of stealing the key to the second bedroom because we were asking him for it as we couldn't open the second bedroom on arrival to the place. The water was coming out brown out of the taps and a trickle of water only. Owner had lots of instructions and red tape. The place and her/his communication made you feel very unwelcome. We didn't even stay, especially after being told we stole the key (on arrival ??) so we decided to book elsewhere. The one bedroom that was unlocked had a rock for a mattress
