Great central location. Check in and out was very easy. Beds were very comfortable

Some scissors in kitchen would have been useful. There was no switch to turn off the towel rail which meant the bathroom got very hot

The location is superb. 10 min walking to Mathew Street and Cavern Club, also 10 min walking to Albert Docks. It's really close to Liverpool Cathedral. Lots of markets and cafés nearby. Quiet and safe. The flat is spacious and has all the utensils we needed; the bathroom is nice, and the lift is a plus. Good for 4 people.

We chose the flat because of the location and the fact we wanted to have light meals there (breakfast, night snack). However, the kitchen and the machines need some maintenance. For example, the dishwasher drain was not working, and the parts seemed dirty. When we tried to use it, it got flooded... We washed the dishes manually...it was not a major problem as we weren't doing any heavy cooking. The cooktop wasn't working as expected. Maybe the frying pan was not adequate for the induction hob. A few other bits, such as the sofa bed not being so comfortable and a loose hinge in the wardrobe, gave us the impression of a lack of care from the owners. Nothing that had affected much of the experience, but I wonder if we wanted to have a proper cook or stay for longer.

The location was central and closed enough to the city centre that everything was within walking distance, very good if you have a disabled person with you like I did during my stay.

Main room beds where very comfortable

Didn’t realise it was on a busy strip and night time turned into chaos. Didn’t sleep windows where paper thin heard every noise, the pull out bed was very uncomfortable,
