Luxury House with delightful beach Style

The price was good for Miami.

We had the house for a week. Minimum amount of towels. One per each. Pillows were minimal and bed Was not very comfortable. Bathroom tap barely worked. Coffee machine present but not even any coffee available. We bought some coffee and left it there for the next clients. Hopefully they will keep it there for them. The couch was not clean and not comfortable. It's a place to crash. Price is good for the area. But it's an about hour away from Miami.

I loved how close it was to everything, the home was very nice and had plenty of room. it was everything i was looking for!

The place was adequately cleaned. It was within 10 minutes of the beach. There is a delightful bakery called the Bake Shack that had amazing sweet rolls and donuts. We visited there daily. The hosts made attempts to remedy the lack of bed linens but we would have liked a roll of paper towels to clean up spilled water on the floor. I asked for it but never received it.

The exterior and the yard was pretty uninviting. Could have had nice outdoor furniture or landscaped yard. The title "Luxury House" really set me up for a disappointment. I would have been happier if it had been called casual beach cottage. That is inviting and honest. There really wasn't anything luxury about it. The walls were in tough shape with crumbling plaster in the kitchen and lots of scuffed or peeling paint. The furniture (kitchen table and couch) was okay but not super comfortable. The four sisters couldn't all sit in the living room at one time.

The location was great, the children enjoyed the back yard , I would stay here again.

The toilet was a little loose but the host took care of it in very little time.
