GBGreat welcome, with personalised tv welcome in the room. 24hr coffee and gym access. Swimming pool was also nice. Friendly staff and nice selection at breakfast. Ample parking.
Bathroom had some obvious toenail clippings on the floor (not mine). Breakfast wasn’t as stocked as it could be - no forks throughout for example.

Shampoo was empty, body wash container pump wouldn't work, and of course I didn't find this out till mid shower. Lots of hair left by a previous person in the shower. Previous reviews discussed the bar next door having loud music. They were correct. It went on for hours.
