First I would like to share that I did not even get to see my room. My check-in time was at 3pm and we waited until 4pm. I waited because the room was not clean. My family came for a family vacation and it was ruin because I ended up cancelling the room. My wife also shared with me that the shared restroom (women and men) was filthy. Nobody seemed to wanted to assist me and my family. The two staff at the front desk were busy having a conversation with each other, I believe they forgot that we were there. It has been a while since my family had a vacation, and this is the first time I had this kind of an issue at Hilton.
