No Balcony.

Location and that is it

Parking is very far away from the room!! And it’s an uphill walk not ideal for people carrying g suitcases after a long journey! One battery missing in remote so couldn’t put tv on except on the tv itself. When we I enquired about this the person who replied was extremely rude and irritated and sarcastic. I did not appreciate the manner in which I was spoken to via whats app or via telecon. They then expected me to walk down to the main gate which is a long way and open up for someone to bring me one battery. I then told them to leave it as I was exhausted and did not feel like walking. Back to main gate at 6.30 pm at night I have never ever been spoken to or treated like this by anyone before and then harassed way into the night telephonically telling me I needed to leave and find alternate accommodation and he would gladly refund. I had to switch my phone off as the calls never stopped. There was mould in the ceiling above the. Shower and NO coffee or tea just a few scraps of sugar left in the sugar tin. Just a very poor experience which I never want to repeat again.

Location, cleanliness and clear instructions.

Keys left at different location is very inconvinient. Lack of much needed information about what the venue offers or doesnt offer prior to booking e.g. no pots/pans/barbacue facities. There is also an unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

The duvet cover is hard and very noisy
