"Disappointing - HeadViews Knysna"

Good quality appliances, smart deco

Walking up a slope, down a corridor & up the stairs with our luggage. The unit is in an apartment block. No balcony/patio or view, it felt isolated & not like we were on holiday. The place is too small for a couple. The bathroom has no window & the extractor fan was useless. The unit was dirty, shower was filthy, bedding smelled like it wasn't dried properly. There was a leak in the kitchen cupboard below the sink.
