Carpets threadbare, Bathrooms moldy and kitchen smelled of eggs. Not enough seats, cups, glasses for 5 people. No tea or coffee provided. Food Warehouse over the road opened 6am noisy. On a main road so traffic noise was very loud and busy all night long.

Location was great and within walking distance of St James' Park. Very close to city centre. Rooms were big and clean. Beds comfortable. Price was good.

Apartment is a little 'tired' looking but that's reflected in the price. Was still fine for one night for me.
