Sebastian`s stylish apartment in old town

The location is truly excellent. It’s a five minute walk from my favourite area of Tbilisi. There is a secluded courtyard that is shared with friendly neighbours, a gentle dog and a little black cat. It’s a nice place to sit with a morning coffee in the sunshine. The bathroom is kind of in the basement, but that works well. The owner was responsive and kind.

The bed and bedding weren’t that comfortable. Nothing awful but not great. Paying in cash rather than through the booking app means having to commit to a time where you’re not exploring in order to take out the money and wait in the apartment to hand it over.

El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila cercana a la plaza de la Libertad, el cerca del centro. Dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios días y está muy limpio. En lo que respecta a los anfitriones, mostrar nuestro agradecimiento por toda la atención que nos han brindado desde el primer momento, estando pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Fueron muy amables y detallistas, incluso nos dejaron una botella de vino. Muchas gracias.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko na nogach, Sebastian właściciel obiektu bardzo pomocny i troskliwy ,obdarował nas winem gruzińskim na przywitanie, czysto, schludnie, wszystkie udogodnienia, biegle włada językiem angielskim, w tym miejscu było czuć klimat prawdziwej Gruzji. Dziękujemy Sebastian za gościnę ❤️ Polecam !!!!

Приятный хозяин. Оперативно отвечает на сообщения. В доме есть все необходимое. Расположение отличное, недалеко от площади Свободы. Если нет желания, подниматься 15 мин под небольшим углом вверх, то такси за 3 лари вам в помощь🙂

It is a very nice apartment in the heart of the historical center. All was clean and we had a very nice stay! Special big thank you to Sebastian, he is such an hospitable host. We followed all his recommendations and our visit of Tbilisi, Kakheti and Kazbegi could not be better! I definitely recommend this apartment.
