Being in such a beautiful location. 😍

Unloading our luggage was a little Tricky as parking near cottage limited. But parking in the Marina was not far. Only 5mins walk . Which was lovely. 🙂

Gut gelegen, schöne Aussicht, sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter der sofort erreichbar ist und sich um Probleme kümmert. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist wenig befahren und Nachts gar nicht. Pub‘s in laufweite(max. 10min).

Amazing views. Beautiful cottage. Spotless clean. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. Had some problems with wi-fi on first night, but next morning the owner came and sorted it. If going back to this part of England for holidays - no doubt checking for availability at this place.

Only down point now parking. Some mattresses slightly too soft, but I understand it is impossible to adjust every client's needs, so I accept it as a holiday home thing.

Excellent location, Clean facilities and great communication.

10am check out. Rather early for a full house to shower sharing one bathroom then clean up house and pack. Outside rear could have been brightened and tidied up with some plants to make it more pleasant to sit in. Duvet double bed top floor far too hot for July/Aug. A fan would have also helped. Lighting to get from bed to down the top floor stairs in the night without disturbing sleeping partner also needs a review. More mugs in cupboard.

Nothing really . But only 6 mismatched mugs ! Everything else was quality

This is a lovely cottage in a great location with fantastic views.

Could do with a new bench in the front to sit comfortably to enjoy the view.

Beautiful cottage, clean, well equipped, gorgeous view, located close to marina parking, short walk from Dartmouth ferry and Kingswear steam train. Great!

Master bedroom should be on the first floor and not the attic because of a nicer view and cooler temperature. Having a table with a parasol and a more stable bench on the patio in the front of the house would allow to enjoy the most of the wonderful view.

It felt a bit damp, no doubt given the location, age and next to the hillside

Lovely location

The sofa was a tad uncomfortable, outside bench was very wobbly and felt unsafe. Outside brolly for the front would have been good as it gets very hot to sit out the front.

gorgeous cottage in a beautiful setting. well equipped with everything we needed. Thankyou and especially for the fantastic weather!!
