Creekside Cottage 6 Church Park Kingswear

The cottage is in a super location! Such a beautiful place!

From the window you can see the river Dart! It's such a beautiful place. Kingswear is a lovely village. It was perfect, just what we wanted! The cottage was clean and so lovely! We would want to return!

This is a beautiful cottage in an excellent location, with lovely views of the harbour and the steam train puffing past. It was lovely to sit out and enjoy the sunshine and this view on the comfortable outdoor chairs provided. The cottage had a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The host was very friendly, with great communication, dealing with my request to put the single beds together to make one bed swifly.

We found the seating in the living room, especially the large blue sofa, was very uncomfortable to sit on and hard to get up from. There wasn't a comfortable chair in that room to sit on to relax at night. The storage heaters seemed to be on at all times making the cottage hot and uncomfortable, especially in the top bedroom at night, even though we tried to turn them down on numerous occassions. Maybe instructions could be included in the guest information. We thought it was difficult to get up the very steep front stairs to the front door and felt unsafe when trying to lock or unlock the door, especially if carrying something, maybe handrails would be advantageous, especially to older guests and children.

Great location at a good price.House was well equipped and very comfortable and met our needs.

Lack of parking but pay and display close by. Top floor bedroom would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues and head height is restricted.
