My stay in Nha Trang was made so stressful by this horrible company. So untrustworthy, do not book with "Luna" or "Zoom" as they're also called

Over the years of coming to Vietnam, this company is the absolute worst. Things can go wrong when booking a room, I accept that, but then you judge the company on how it deals with the situation. First I turn up to the Panoramic Hotel in Nha Trang, where Zoom rents out rooms only to find I have to pay 200k deposit for a room card, plus the full balance of my stay in cash, with no warning they would not accept card. I then get to my room to find the TV and fridge not working, managed to sort the cables on the TV to fix that, then had to pull the chiller out of the cupboard to plug back in, only to find it doesn't work. The room also has no balcony yet advertised on booking.com as having a balcony. Also, the room is filthy, only cleaned once every 3 days, bedding once a week, but you do get towels everyday. Then the second night, the AC stops working, after trying to sort as asked by Zooms "customer service" its then decided its broke and needs a member of the maintenance team to sort. But now it's too late, and have to wait until morning, where the room is boiling hot. Asked for a different room as they had others advertised as available, apparently these weren't available, the boss had 'forgotten' to change the availability to not available, and reception wouldn't lend us a fan or any temporary AC unit. Then the boss apparently just went to bed without sorting the situation, awful customer service and really shows the company is only interested in making money, not looking after their customers! They then blackmailed me by offering me a 10% refund IF I cancelled my reservation on Booking.com, meaning they wouldn't have to pay commission to booking.com and I was then unable to leave a review, again showing how untrustworthy this company is. I have reported this to booking.com's customer service team which is why Im now able to leave a review.

It was hot everywhere, ac didn’t work well. They lie about poll, they also lie about balcony. Very bed staff so rude and haughty

All pictures match with reality. Outstanding views and really nice host, be aware zoom Apartments is managing the condo. Centrally located with tons of options regarding beach life, restaurants and nightlife.

Not really much, dont try to cook in the kitchen as not much table and kitchen ware.

Central area, easy to go around. Rooms are spacious; comfortable beds. View is great

Super noisy neighborhood. The music was blasting even after 2 am. It was pretty hard to fall asleep even I was on 8th floor.

Location is good if you want to be centred in a tourist trap. Have to walk 15 mins into town to not be ripped off or hassled. Air con good, view nice.

Overly expensive tourist trap. Shower is awful, difficult to get clean/wash off sand, bath plug doesn’t close properly so have to have tap running to keep water level, wait ages a lifts, pool/gym closes at 5pm not allowed to use it after 5pm, no sun on pool area (sold as main feature of property), only small uncomfortable chairs around pool so you don’t stay for long no other space to relax, roof top pool is extra money daily also closes early. Other guests were able to use their key to enter our room, not safe. Pictures on ad don’t really match the apartment, in reality it’s dated. Small fridge is more of a cupboard so had to chuck away our food. Like a cheap all inclusive without being all inclusive. The whole surrounding area is unfortunately set up for ripping people off. Spent 5 days here. Don’t be fooled by the heavily discounted rate.. it’s not discounted. This is not a relaxing beach destination at all. Great if you want to watch your partner have a poo
