The view from the room is not great at all, very rusty balcony. Poor management! The person who gave us the room key didn't speak english at all, she just repeted the same sentence over and over again, no chance to communicate if you have a problem! Room was dirty, very dirty barhroom and dirty sheets! 20 min after check in, 2 ladies came at our door and wanted to spray the room for insects, while we were still in the room! After a long flight I just want to take a shower and sleep, not having to deal with bug issues and inhale the toxic smell of their spray. We wanted to change apatments but of corse it was not possible, communication with the bug problem nonexistent. The room was ready when we arrived but charge you a lot of money for early check in. The pool at the 40th floor is for an extra 4$ pp and is just sad, also very dirty, nobody at the bar, no pillows on the sunbeds and has just a bad vibe and unfriendly staff. Not like in the presented pictures

The room is amazing. There is a huge balcony with sea view. I highly recommend this room

Nice, clean, close to shop, beach, restaurants. Staffs very helpful, specially Tuyền and other staff helping us. Communication was good. Will come back again next time

On 32nd floor with great views. Room just like the pictures. Balcony small. Great value and location near everything. Pool free. Checking in at panorama hotel reception. Door key card 200k deposit for 1 card. Stayed 10 days.

Servicing of room. Only fresh sheets after 7 days and had to request the change. Towels are old and ready for replacement.

View was great. Elevators worked well. Got fresh towels.

On both nights we stayed the rooftop bar music and noise was loud and continued late into the night and reverberated and echoed through the building. To avoid this you would probably want a low floor unit but then you would have no view. They charge a %fee to pay with credit or debit card - so pay through Booking.com or pay cash. Check-in took over 30 minutes, may just have been time of day - noon !! Only got one one litre of water for our 2 day stay - probably did not read the fine print. Room and linen well used.

The location, view, and balcony were fabulous. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I loved that I could see the view from the shower/bathtub. The property management company was responsive and helpful. Other reviews alerted us that the TVs don't have any channels, so we were prepared with our firestick, in case of rainy weather. If you want to store any food or make your drinks colder in the little "fridge", we recommend buying a bag of ice from the fruit juice stand outside the hotel. This worked like a charm.
