Die Größe und Lage waren gut. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön geschnitten und das Bad großzügig.

Anreiseinformationen kamen erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage, wir mussten mit dem Einzug länger warten, weil die Reinigungskraft trotz bestätigten Check-In noch beschäftigt war. Der Wasserhahn im Bad schlägt beim Öffnen gegen den Spiegel, so dass man ihn nur ganz leicht öffnen konnte. Insgesamt wirkt es, als wäre die Wohnung eher auf 4 als 5 Leute ausgelegt (fehlende Stühle etc.).

I was never able to stay at this property. I paid for the booking, but on the day of check-in I was informed that the accommodation was unavailable. As a result, I had to find an alternative place to stay at the last minute, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. The host promised a refund, but I still have not received it. Customer support has not been able to resolve the issue, and the host has stopped responding. This has honestly been the worst booking experience I have ever had. I hope I eventually receive my money back, and I would strongly advise other travelers to be cautious before booking this property.

Lounge area was comfortable. Location was central.

Only received instructions to get in at 3pm on arrival day (despite numerous requests for info before hand). These included downloading an app which was not easy on the street with all your luggage after a 4am start. There were only 2 cups (we were 4), no chopping board, no bread knife. Breakfast bar / table was so high your chin was in your food when you ate. Toilet flush was broken, some lights didn't work, no info on anything.

Ev sahibi hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadı. Aylar öncesinden rezervasyonu iptal talebi göndermeme rağmen booking üzerinden yanıt vermedi. Kendisine mesaj attığımda yalan söyleyerek iptal ettiğini söyledi. Defalarca mesaj atmama rağmen her seferinde olumlu konuştu ama bunların hepsi yalandı. Amacı sadece para kazanmaktı. Hizmeti alamadım.

Location was good.

One of the room warming systems is not working.( it was too cool to sleep). 2 no microwave to warm food.
