"Very uncomfortable due to the dirt and smell."

Very dirty throughout the property. Bedding odour was unbearable couldn’t wash it due to washer not working. Tried to contact the owner didn’t get back to us. Tried to cancel my next booking and to be refunded host will not let me. So now I have to go again and put up with this dirty van.

I don't understand why you have sent me this to review when you know it was cancelled by the host which I didn't find out until I arrived.

The fact booking.com did not email me or phone me to let me know I was driving for 2hrs for nothing
