"great location, even better lodge but huge disappointing Wi-Fi"

The lodge is absolutely stunning with everything you needs

an absolute disappointment with little to no Wi-Fi, i couldn't even get Netflix on the tv.

"Lovely stay and would stay again"

The caravan was immaculate and such a lovely, comfortable space. Everything you needed was provided (minus towels but this has no bearing) including dish washer and washing machine etc. It was in a quiet area of the park but only a few minutes walk to the hub of the park.

As it was a private booking and not through Parkdean, we weren't able to access the entertainment venue on an evening as we didn't have a Parkdean pass. We could access the bar but unable to see the evenings entertainment etc.

Excellent property! Clean and spacious. Was surprised to open the cupboard and find tins of soup and other bits. Great to have them there incase we needed them! The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash for us to use- once again that was great!! Lovely luxury caravan! Great location 5 minute walk to the entertainment. Great that there was books, and toys for the kids to play with. Lots of space and warm caravan. Great to have a t.v in the room too!

Lodge was absolutely stunning with everything you could need for a comfortable stay

Nothing not to like about the lodge itself. The swimming pool on the site was dirty. When I arrived at 9am you would expect it to have been cleaned ready for the day yet there was tissue stuck to the floors and it was filthy in the changing room area and toilets.
