"Wonderful place to stay"

I wanted parking and kitchen facilities and this fit the bill. Had a car and wanted to explore the Cotswolds. To stay a bit closer in at one of the trendy villages I would have paid much more . The village was called Bretforton and while small ,had a famous pub serving good value food. It also had a village church dating back to Norman times . couldn’t get better than that for me

Nothing close by if you wanted to buy food so had to plan ahead. Not really a negative since the pub was close by and served great food and you really needed a car to stay there anyway
