The property was in a fantastic secluded location right on the edge of Bamburgh and in easy reach of so many little seaside towns. We had horses, deer & rabbits in the field behind the property which made the stay so special. Facilities wise there was everything you could need and we felt the value for money was incredible. Would certainly stay again if visiting Northumberland

"Buena localización, escasa limpieza a mejorar mucho"

7.0

"Overall a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend."

9.0

Brilliant location, house was very comfortable and cosy. The welcome pack had above and beyond goodies, including a free round of golf and a pound of free "bamburgh bangers" which my husband and son loved. Great idea to include local businesses.

It was hard to locate the cottage from the road, it was hidden behind other buildings and the entrance was up a lane which was very tight for the car to turn into.

"Great site, bad accommodation."

5.0

The area.

Virtually impossible to find. After numerous calls to the number provided, which were not answered we walked around the area and asked local residents eventually finding the cottage. Much later someone phoned back. The main bedroom curtains are too small for the window, hooks are missing which means they hang crookedly. The bottoms are coming undone on both curtains and drag on the floor which means they are dirty. The bed sags in the middle, and is most uncomfortable. Beds should have fitted sheets. A tog 10 duvet for the middle of summer which meant we had to take it out, there was no where to store it. The bathroom was filthy. In the corners and around the basin and toilet and behind the door was dirty with dust and other people's hair. I cleaned most of it but I took photos which I am having difficulty up loading from my gallery. The bath wasn't properly clean. There is black mould around the shower. The shower head isn't safely fixed to the wall. There are no hooks to hang wet towels in the bathroom or for the kitchen towel. I will send the photos if you can send me a link so that I can send them. All for £700+. Not good enough.

The quiet, the breadth of practical necessities, parking, proximately to the coast.

Well presented cottage that I would definitely stay in again. It was clean and convenient for beautiful local walks and runs.

You need to check the garden for dog poo in between guests please. The master bedroom was really cold. Please let guests know that no cot sheet is provided. If arriving at night it is impossible to find as there are no signs.

"Spindlestone Cottage"

8.0

Quiet location within easy access to the local attractions. Welcome pack was a lovely idea, as was the Bamburgh Bangers voucher. These are delicious! Plenty to see and do in the area, many dog friendly attractions and beaches. We would return again for a longer stay.

The location was tricky to find going by the satnat. From the A1 north, we successfully negotiated the single-track road with ease. The cottage could do with some clearer signage from the road.
