The location

The flat was not clean. The bedspread had stains, and there were no sheets; instead, there was a dirty mattress cover with a large hole. The internet was unavailable for three days, and there was no heating throughout our stay. The host's unwillingness to assist, exemplified by responses such as "What do you want me to do?"was quite unceptable. Don't recommend at all

Disastrous

The code I was given did not work so unable to enter the property. The phone number on the app wasn't recognized and nobody responded to messages sent via the app. 2 very upset children and had to pay for alternative accommodation adding unacceptable cost and an absolutely wrecked day. Can't find a way to get any compensation

Location, nice airy lounge, quiet. Bathrooms clean and new. Warm. Kitchen new (but extremely poorly equipped.)

I hate complaining but to be fair we have stayed in numerous air bnbs booking.coms and was a little aghast by....Main bed unstable, collapsed in the night and used tea spoons to fix the base and very poor bedding. Duvet cover used as bottom sheet (never seen this before) Stains on pillow cases. Had to buy bedding. Bathrooms no shampoo, conditioner or body wash as advertised. Kitchen very poorly equipped. Daughter brought missing items as she lives near. Baking trays, corkscrew, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses, bowls, oven gloves, for general cooking and Xmas dinner. Keysafe fell off the wall and could not put it back on. Shower water unable to control. Second bathroom shower leaked. Main bed bathroom sink taps not fixed. It is a nice place and looking at your reviews all these things have been highlighted but not addressed. Usually they get addressed and the next customer is expecting this; so I didn't expect the same issues to be there. You only have to do a few things as highlighted to make your flat really great. I hope you do, otherwise notes to your next customers please bring all the things mentioned in my review eg bedding utensils mugs can't help the state of the bed though.

Although we didn't meet him, Michael was very accommodating and there were good communications. W nearby hotel would have cost twice as much

Spacious and comfy place: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fine living area. Massive television. Some cleaning and personal care products are available, which is always nice. Very close to the railway station and bus stops. All in all, this is a fully-functionnal flat allowing for a normal life abroad.

The kitchenware is a little poor and not everything in the cupboards was clean upon arrival. We've not managed to change the temperature of the water in one of the two bathtubs.

Good location and good size plus 2 bathroom

Living room furniture outdated sofas are dirty, kitchen towel never been washed, kitchen items only 3 glass for cold drink glasses for coffee very small, sponge for cleaning dishes was old,I replaced with new one, also I bought paper towel for convenience. For the money that we paid small items that really cost nothing like what I mentioned could bring this place to higher grade
