Riverside 2 Bedroom Central Kingston Flat

Really good value for money and loads of space for a London property. Having two bedrooms was great with our toddler as she could sleep separately to us. The flat had all the amenities you need for a long term stay and the host was super helpful and check in was easy and uncomplicated. Oh and location is excellent, 10 minutes walk by the beautiful riverside to Kingston town centre. 18 minute walk to Surbiton station which had fast trains that take you to Waterloo in 10 minutes.

Lockbox fell apart when opened. Entrance foyer had pile of unopened mail on floor. Bed was crumpled up as if slept in. Bedding was stained, as were living room chairs. "Bottom sheet" was empty duvet cover which did not fit double bed. Towels scruffy but were clean. No cups or mugs other than 4 espresso cups. Kitchen cabinets at head height protruding into aisle were a hazard. Were told 4 steps to entrance; there were 7 (my wife has mobility problems so had looked for ground floor accommodation. Left after 3 days when found alternative place to stay.

Good sized apartment. Ideal for a family of 4.

There was a coffee machine but no pods and according to the host they do not provide pods as people steal them. I had booked for a 4 day stay for 2 adults and expected at least 8 coffee pods.No other coffee provided either even though it says tea / coffee maker Washing left in the washing machine and not collected during our 4 day stay. Made the living area damp with a basket full of wet washing . It said the apartment was on the ground floor with wheelchair access. In reality access was down a gravely path and steps at the front and back No ramp for wheelchair Floors and some crockery needed to be cleaned properly .

It is a lovely property, nice & roomy & rooms clean & bright with nice facilities.

Some repairs need to be done (toilet seat loose, bed base unstable), the entry to the building was unkept & some of the items included in the inventory list were missing.

Good communications with the host before arrival. The bathrooms were excellent and we had everything we needed.

The standard of the beds was not up to the rest of the resources. Unfortunately, they did not make a full night´s sleep possible. I would recommend the host to supply comfortable beds and to look over a few details that need to be fixed. After, the place will be most attractive!
