No sé cómo es el alojamiento porque me anularon la reserva el mismo día que llegaba y nunca me pude comunicar con ellos. Tuve que buscar alojamiento llegando a lecce.

There is NO parking. There is NO breakfast. Nobody tells you that you cannot reach the place by car — you have to leave your car in a parking lot and walk about 10 minutes with your luggage. I spent more than 1 hour trying to find the place. I sent 3 messages asking for help and received absolutely no useful support, zero patience from the staff. One day they left only 2 breakfast vouchers when there should have been 3. When I asked for the missing voucher, the employee did not believe me, insisted she had left all 3, and said I must have lost it. In the end, I had to pay for my own breakfast. The bath towels and bed sheets were very old and worn out. They also did not replace the toilet paper in the room — we had to ask the other room for some. Extremely disappointing experience.
