Localização excelente!!!! dentro do centro histórico!!!! quarto otimo banho otimo....

A atendente que nos recebeu muito rude e de ma vontade! Sem paciência para explicações....enfim bruta!!!!!! A que nos acompanhou no checkout ótima! Vejam la o dia que chegamos e a moca que nos recebeu e orientem a ser mais cordial com os hospedes!!!!

"Not a nice hotel"

The faciliteies and location are ok. But the rest is in very bad condition. The staff is not kind, the beds are in very bad condition the sheets do not fit the bed so you end up trying to make your bed in the middle of the night, the towels are absolutely damaged , with holes frayed and stained, the pillows are bumpy. Very bad maintanance and not nice using sheets, towels and pillows in such a bad condition. We asked for glasses and we were given just plastic one because they said they do not provide glasses, so you have to buy your own glasses to drink water.
