It was well located, love the bed the mattress can move up and down very comfortable. Loved the sheets and smelled very nice

Not the properties fault, construction people were working on the beach so it was noisy

Very gorgeous decor, a little rack of toys/soaps/art you can buy in the room. Comfortable bed, lovely view.

Front Desk lady was rather unhelpful. Most importantly, many facilities were unavailable. The lazy river & 3 of the hot tubs were closed. Pools were evidently not cleaned once the whole time. The bar was not open at any point during my 5 night stay. (Sat-Wed) The chairs on the balcony are rusty, and the above-bed lighting stopped working halfway through the stay. After unplugging it & it sparking, took many tries to plug back in for it to finally work again. No room service.

Small bathroom and refrigerator didn't get cold enough couldn't find an ice machine...when booking they gave us a different name for the hotel so it was confusing

We had an amazing stay!! Our host was super! Views are amazing The place was very clean and smelled amazing super comfortable adjusting bed! Our air conditioning unit broke at midnight due to extreme heat that week ,we messaged the host, and she was out at 8 am that morning and had a new unit installed within hours! That's how all owners should be!!!
