Stylish two-bedroom apartment in the city center

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. The owners took our money and never responded to any text message, phone call or email. We drove 7 hours to get there any they did not show up with any keys or codes for us to enter the building. We had to pay over the odds to find another apartment because of this scam. We we complained to Booking.com they said they’d “honoured our booking.” Honoured = scam

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Read the other reviews - this has happened before. Booking.com is doing nothing to stop them.

This was a scam. My booking was confirmed. Payment was taken. I arrived at the apartment building and there was no one there to give access. There was no check in information. The owner did not answer any calls or text messages. I was forced to abandon at 8pm and find alternative accommodation. Despite several complaints and refund requests, I did not get a refund. My bank is now challenging it on my behalf.

Potential Scam. Confirmed booking earlier in the week however no comms from host...ever Tried to communicate with host to ask if I could check in early - no response. Day of check in. Tried to get in touch with host since morning for check in details. Emailed, called - nothing... no reply. Check in time was at 3pm so I waited near apartment in case host may have been busy... still, no response. Waited 2 hours, and still no reponse so I left. Contact number on hosts profile does not work. It goes straight to voicemail. It is now 2 days since check in date and still no response. Im a regular guest to various accommodations and have never encountered this experience... ever. To the host... give my money back please.

Great Central city location, great facilities around within walking distance. Very Family friendly.

Everything , the location was easy to find & parking was good

The toilet was dirty , last person that was staying had left poo in the toilet

There weren't enough beds as per advertised and there was only one pool not two pools as advertised there was no wifi password provided. The instructions for the lock box for the keys where incorrect and took ages to finally hear back from the property management with correct location of keys a block away from the entrance to the appointment complex

Be prepared to pay for off street parking meters

The location was super central and great! And the first bed was compfy and bathroom and washing machine/drier were amazing.

The second bed was incredibly hard and not very sleepable, apartment was incredibly hot despite having fans (one fan was broken and loud), no free parking and no information sheet. So had to privately message about every question we had
