NZWe liked the pool and the view and location also having a washing machine and dryer was a bonus.
We didnt like having to find the place too complicated and not enough instruction with the electronic key and which building we were staying at. We were expecting the couch to be a pull out bed like advertised and it wasn't. Also the bed in the second room was very firm.

Place wasn't very clean hand marks all over windows and table.was half a bottle of water next to the bed opened the draw of cutlery to find what looked like dried pasta over the spoon.

NZNZThe property is so central that we just walked to the CBD. My friends made good use of the pool as well. It was very homely and got everything you need (all you need to bring is your personal stuff like toothbrush, toothpaste, and facial care). The staff is also very helpful even when we were so grumpy because we were so tired from the Hobbiton tour and it was pouring down with rain, he had assisted with clear instructions (though at that time we were a bit confused and felt so lost). He is so patient and kind to talk to.
The stairs to the property are quite slippery when raining so just have to be careful and hold the rails when going up or down.
NZThe placement of the keys for the room is a long walk away from the place especially in the rain. Advertising pool photos that isnt the pool at the accomodation.

The instructions for key collection were a little difficult to follow. Would be helpful if the lane where the key was located was named. Maybe it was and we missed it. There was a pot lid, but no pot. Again, maybe we missed it
NZPets allowed, ease of everything. We arrived late, and hosts responded immediately to our texts to get wifi.
It would be great if they had a little 'booklet' at the property with general information eg. Wifi, use of pool etc...
