"Award winning genuine luxury standards"

This was by far the cleanest and best property I've ever stayed in, in the UK. It was extremely well maintained, there was clear and genuine effort into making this space perfect. Every little detail you can see the host went the extra mile, from simple things such as the light switches, the heating units, the shower, the decor, everything was honestly great. If I could give one award to one property only once a year, this place would definitely get it. I genuinely mean it, this is a very honest review, I am so thoroughly impressed with my stay here and the hosts. It was so perfectly clean, that I was cleaning more than I usually do, to keep the place as perfect as it was when I arrived!

It was super cosy, absolutely spotless, smelt amazing! Harry and Michaela were super friendly, had a lovely conversation with her and she was super welcoming and friendly! They gave clear instructions on how to locate the property and the parking was perfect

"Lovely stay whilst watching the Tour of Britain"

We really liked our visit to Riverwood Retreat. It is beautiful and as we wandered around we kept finding more welcome treats which were just lovely. Chocolates, crisps, milk in fridge, cereal. Henry and Michaela were lovely. I wasn't sure how it would be staying right next door to the owners but you would not have known they were there. The size was so much bigger in real life compared to the photo and everything was spotless. The attention to every detail of what we may want was very thoughtful. We would definitely return again if we are visiting Newport.
