Location is great as well big windows in front the trees

The bed mattress is not comfortable as well there is no safe

en-suite sink was loose and insecure. the property had a very musty smell on entrance which was difficult to clear.

Very good location. close to the canal,supermarket and town center. Also very nice flat. Very quiet and comfortable.

Having parking onsite is useful but I think it should be noted that if your allocated space isn't avaialbe, then you can park anywhere, as that was quite stressfull to start with, but the host was very responsive and explained asap. The facilities were great and everywhere was very clean. There is a supermarket near by and also you can get delivery service to the apartment which was great.

The beds are quite hard, so I think they need to all have matress toppers on to improve comfort. I also think it needs more pillows too. The other thing is the single beds have a wooden trim around the base, which is very hard so might be worth adding a bumper otherwise your shins could suffer. Have to say non of these things would put me off staying again.

Good communication from the hosts. Apartment was modern and really clean. I will definitely book again when I'm working in Loughborough next.
