Good location to beach about 30 mins walk from Cocoa Beach pier. Property immaculate with good outdoor relaxing areas.

The property is ideal for 2 people but a bit small for 4 as the second sofa bed is in the kitchen/living area and access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Ok for a couple of nights.

Everything was just perfect. Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and wagons were really handy. Don't miss the Mahi Tacos in Crackers Island Grille, just few min walk away.

It was a one bedroom apartment with a futon as a second bed which was a bit tight for 4 adults

An amazing place to stay. Everything was perfectly clean, new and perfect. Beds super comfy and soft and location top. Just a few steps towards the beach. We loved the patio to sit outside in the mornings and evenings.
