"Fantastic beach getaway!"

Fantastic location with easy beach access across the street. The unit had everything we could think of to make this great for a beach getaway, including towels, beach umbrellas, and even toys for the kids. Lots of quiet outdoor space with tables and chairs to hang out or eat. The unit was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, and futon in the living room pulled out to a perfect bed for the kids. On site laundry is an added bonus!

Not much. WiFi internet was a little slow and kitchen didn’t have a dishwasher. But neither mattered much.

"Superb"

Perfect place to visit Cocoa Beach and KSC. Perfect proximity to the beach - just 200meters. We felt in love with this spot. It was so cozy. The breakfast in front of our apartment was so nice. We loved it.

We were a family of three and it was a bit less space. In the end we could handle it but a little more space would be nice.
