Auf unserer Floridareise die beste Unterkunft (Rundreise mit Schwerpunkt auf Unterkünfte mit eigener Küche und Parkplatz, kein Wert auf Luxus). Strand (Spacecoast mit besten Blick auf Raketenstarts) fußläufig ca. 400 Meter entfernt. Utensilien für den Strand stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett. Parkplatz vor der Tür (Preis/Leitung war super), Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen oder zu essen. Um die Spacecoast, NASA und Umgebung zu erkunden eine sehr gute und zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Kein Pool, aber das Meer vor der Tür. Nächstes Mal drei oder vier Nächte, statt nur zwei.

It was so clean and comfy! So quiet and convenient to the beach, shopping and eating places. We loved it! Perfect for our little family!

The location is as stated less than a 5 to 7 minute walk from the doorstep to the beach.

The bed was a full size which was uncomfortable for two grown adult's. The ac unit in the living room did not turn on. Luckily, the one in the bedroom worked. With the unit being so small it managed to keep the area somewhat comfortable. The beach chairs were very rusted which is to be expected but looked like you would need tetanus shot if you scraped you leg on any rusted part. One of the Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas had broken latch that where the pole connects to lock it together. Overall I would rate this pool place a 3 out of 5. The ac and bed were the main reasons.

Cottage was well equipped and very nice. Very close to beach.

The cottage number is hard to find. Would do good to have number closer to road.
