"Great place for beach days and seeing a rocket launch!"

Host is very attentive. Everything works, there's coffee already at the place. Very functional and clean. House is 5 minutes from the beach. there is a shed with beach gear, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys for kids. Other guests are mostly families, no problem at all. Super clean. The internet stopped working randomly. They fixed it very quickly. Quiet location in a neighborhood across the street from the beach. Three grills were very clean and worked correctly. Nice sitting areas all over the property. Grounds are very clean as well. Bed is comfortable.

You can not park overnight at the parking lot behind the property or in the street. Just something to note. Nothing the property management can control. But they did accommodate us. Just communicate with them. Thank you Tam!

This place was beautiful! It was a quick walk across the street to the beach and an 8 minute drive to the cruise port. We will definitely be back if we are in Cocoa Beach. The property was clean and I loved the room with beach gear.

I loved it but felt bad about the sand getting the door. I swept.
