Really cool apartment, in a great location. Really well laid out - we love Italy and Turin hosts Kappa - which is what we like best

I didn’t appreciate being told that we left the apartment in a state. I personally cleaned up the kitchen, put pots in the sink and made sure the rubbish was in the bin. There were 6 adults staying in total and I was told that cleaners would come in when we left. So if you pay for cleaners to come in and clean - why should I spend my holiday doing in effect their job ? We didn’t leave the place a mess, we put towels In a pile ready to go in the wash, the bathroom mat was wet - clearly as 6 adults have to shower. We mopped the floor in the kitchen twice whilst we stayed over the weekend and to be told we had left the place untidy did not go down well. So sadly won’t return here. If you want to spend your holiday cleaning an apartment so you don’t get headache when you leave from the owner - this place is for you !

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and brick stone volts. There are two double bedrooms, a large bad and a big kitchen, with very nice decoration. The flat is well isolated, has A/C and a ventilator, so we managed to sleep well despite the high temperatures end of June. Location is excellent and the place is beautiful.

That we could not deposit our luggage after check-out on Sunday @10 and had to look for a deposit near one of the main station. This was very inconvenient for our flight was late on Sunday and the taking & picking up the luggage elsewhere made the whole sightseeing a bit cumbersome. I think such a missing service should be communicated in advanced.

The kitchen was really neat with the big windows. Also, the AC worked well and was great for what we needed during our stay. The apartment was huge and allowed for several sleeping options. The location was in a good place and there were several places near the river for an aperitivo, however I believe it would have been better to stay closer to the city center for family travel as we found ourselves traveling there every day.

There seemed to be a very odd, sour smell for the apartment. Not good. Specifically in the entry/kitchen room. Additionally, there were several items that seemed to need some work, like the windows and doors working properly.

Super nice and big flat very close to the city center of Turin. Old school charme.
