A great location and a lovely feel, look and style to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and loved Torino.

The location is really nice and apartment itself is very spacious.

It is extremely cold in the apartment and you cannot put heating on. The floor are extremely cold, so you definitely need some slippers or walk in the shoes. As well, you need to turn hot water and wait for like 2-3minutes before hot water starts to go. So I guess the place is really nice for spring and summer holidays, but definitely not winter.

Everything. Beautiful apartment. Fully stocked with everything we need. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very helpful. The apartment was really spacious. Asked for a baby cot which was provided.

Great location, apartment as pictured, facilities were clean.

The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking. If you are sensitive to smoke, be advised.

The property was large with good sized bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The property needs maintenance (ie: doors difficult to close, many light globes have been removed and uneven floorboards creating a trip hazard). Housekeeping - dirty used sponges and scourers were all we had to do the dishes, we were left with one small roll of toilet paper for 4 people over two nights, the liquid hand soap was almost empty and the electric air fresheners were empty. I wore my new white socks in the apartment for one day and they were black. We didn’t meet the owner who messaged us several times with requests including emptying the rubbish into the street bins, although not obligatory. We would stay in a hotel next time where the maintenance, housekeeping and overall eye-for-detail would result in a higher standard.
