The host was amazing and so helpful providing us with tons of recommendations for food coffee shops bars even book stores

There’s a beautiful welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable but still at home

This was an excellent location to go to Jazz Festival, and also visit friends. It was easy access when we wanted to drive anywhere. The host and family were very friendly and responsive. It was really nice to be able to sit on the porch at the end of a hot day to relax for a bit. The bedroom and kitchen fans really helped keep us cool. It was also very nice to have a laundry in the unit.

One of the beds was comfortable, but the other bed felt like it was rather old. The pillows were comfortable, though, and the linens and blankets were adequate.

A very beautiful two bedroom Cottage w/ off street parking and washer/dryer. Very private, clean and comfortable. Lovely neighborhood within only minutes away from the French Quarters and within walking distance to the Fairgrounds Racetrack and Casino.

The apartment is cute. Both bedrooms have a tv, the small kitchen/laundry room is lovely. The owner is very kind and informative. We had a great time exploring the city and french quarter. We appreciate the kindness and hospitality that Allen has shown us. We will absolutely be back.

The water pressure isn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either.

Loved the quiet neighborhood the historic house and he is keeping as original as possible well maintained property and close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle

Some tips for the owner to make next stay more comfortable and enjoyable: check the squeaky beds, some night lights by the beds, some pictures on the walls, the kettle and hair dryer is a need.

It was a cute apartment, perfect for our family, we had plenty of space, even with the 6 of us

The beds were uncomfortable and although there is a full kitchen, there were no pots to cook with so I wasn’t able to make my family breakfast like I had planned to to save a little money.

Excellent host and location, parking. Lovely side porch.

More surfaces in the bedrooms for our suitcases and things.

Nice place, quiet and convenient to.the quarter. Caretakers were very polite and helpful.
