Very clean and modern with excellent facilities

Small cosy space that was great a place to sleep. Great location to Cricket and Rugby grounds.

Didn't both us, but worth noting planes can be heard over head as close to the airport.

Good price very clean everything you need

It was conveniently located near the rugby stadium, as well as the town centre itself.

The bed was so comfy

The whole place could do with a proper clean Dust on the velvet bed frame The flooring needed replacing Better handrails for the steep steps No internet connection and struggled to to connect hotspot good job I had data

It was neat and clean and close to the bus stop + small shops.

It’s about an hours walk from the center of Leeds.

Location was relatively close to venue.

Now where do I start!! I would avoid this property at all costs in its current state!! There was an unpleasant smell and upon investigating the Laminate floor was all damaged and clear evidence of damp coming through, see pics. Bed was horrendously uncomfortable, would have had a better nights sleep on a park bench!! Unpleasant package left in the toilet! Washing in the washing machine! Rubbish in kitchen bin which didn’t have a lid! If it hadn’t been 2am we would have gone elsewhere…

It's a nice enough flat with a nice bathroom and kitchen area. Well located for visiting the university.

The bed really needs a new mattress. You can feel the springs in the existing one. There is a way of working the TV if you're tech savvy as I believe you need to connect to your phone. The shower went from v.hot to v.cold randomly.
