The host lack of courtesy, we booked for 6 persons but prepared the beddings for 4 persons only. Towels and soap are 5 pcs only. 1 toilet tissue for 2 toilets.

It's not their job to clear roaches. They also didn't have Tables to accommodate for guests. They took my table to replace with another which I didn't mind because I know that Americans and Europeans can be picky. It was a nice black table replaced with a smaller stained white one. My overall experience was a content one because I can humble myself, but foreigners won't have the same attitude as me. If something is not appealing or if they see roaches and also I was not accommodated a face cloth only a body towel. This would repel them and demand for reimbursement.

The unit was spacious and the location was so accessible to Manila's tourist sites. Convenience stores, cafes, pharmacy, ATM are around the corners. Easy to get Grab bookings.

The PROS: The unit is a bit old but we'll kept and almost all you need are provided. Water heater in the 2 bathrooms are OK. The CONS: The toilets have no floor drain so the wastewater gets stuck on the floor. The exhaust fan in one of the toilet is not functional. The kitchen sink also clogged. No rugs and waste basket were provided unless you ask for it. Some lights are busted/not functional. One dining chair has broken leg and unsafe.
