"My family likes it because they said the beds are big enough for them, and that condo has two baths."

My family likes their stay; they are supposed to extend for 5 days, but they had a hard time contacting the management to get an extension.

The accessibility

The play room,because me and my son were sent out by the staff in 8th floor,saying that ONLY homeowners are allowed to use.. which was disappointing because my son was having fun, and it was stated in the email thay we have a free access to the play room .but anyways, i still like our stay in the condo

"Good common areas, apartment disappointing."

Swimmingpool and fitness room well maintened. Clean public areas.

Poorly equipped apartment (2 glasses, no knifes, no shower curtain, no real bath mate, no kitchen towel, no drying rack,…….). Bedding and matresses not really confortable (sofa, futon matress very hard, matress of the bed so so). Staff not really helpful/reactive. Check-in check out policy constraining.

"Comfy stay"

Really nice apartment with a stunning view over Manila bay. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The location in the heart of Ermita is perfect, walking distance to Luneta park and Robinsons mall. Staff at the entrance/reception was super nice. Everything went easy and relaxed for us. We will most likely come back at our next visit.

Nothing to worry about.
