The owner did not reply and i wasn’t able to stay in the condo.. i asked for a refund they didn’t give nor i ask if i can use other day they reply so late then days have gone.. so i end up paying for a condo i never stayed at.

Accessibility. Girl room attendant is accomodating and cordial.

Unit not properly kept, with trash from previous renter, and thick dust under the bed. Pillow case smells (with male scent and crumpled) Room smells sour. Looks like, bed linen and pillow case were used by previous renter. Aircon with rattling sound that is so annoying. Booked room with city view, but different from actual assigned room which is at the back (not an issue to me but need to be noted anyways). Owner is not responding to concerns raised on the chat logs. Male attendant nonchalant, don’t communicate well.

schöner Pool, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Appartement selber ist ok, aber weisst sehr viele Mängel auf.

Die Adresse muss dringend in Grand Rivera Suites angegeben werden, wir haben lange gesucht. Zur Ausstattung: sämtliche Möbel sind uralt, teilweise fallen sie bei Benutzung auseinander ( Schrank Schlafzimmer, Nachttisch) Es gab keinen Duschvorhang,, dadurch stand das Bad unter Wasser, wurde nachgebessert. Die Nachttischlampe ging nicht, weil das Kabel zu kurz war, auch das wurde nachgebessert. Leider alles immer erst auf Nachfrage, von allein passierte nichts, obwohl offensichtlich. Die Handtücher sind eigentlich nur Lappen, nehmen fast keine Feuchtigkeit auf. Wir haben uns dann neue gekauft. Kein Toaster trotz Nachfrage
