Location, cleanliness and friendliness of owner. Showers were brilliant. Lot s of pubs within walking distance and a lovely Italian Restaurant. Public transport into Bakewell and Buxton was great.

Only one very minor issue. The top floor twin bedroom has low ceilings, but this didn't bother us as our short friends slept in there. :-)

"Excellent house, we're planning a return visit."

Lovely clean, well furnished, comfortable house in a small town with plenty of cafes, pubs and playgrounds. Ample crockery and cutlery, loo rolls, washing powder etc. The games rooms was appreciated, just wear your coats in the winter. We're planning a return visit.

Polyester bedding. It got very cold during a torrential downpour afternoon that we spent indoors as the heating switches off automatically between 10:30 and 15:30.
