Private room in Birmingham city centre with free parking

I was denied stay on arrival. I was told I'd been quoted wrong fare for the room due to technical glitch in Booking.com system

The place is very Dirty,Smelly, Noisy early in the morning and midnight. What you saw in the Picture in booking.com website is not true. It is opposite. Lounge is under the stairs.Toilet was so disgusting. Floor is very Noisy when step out from bedroom. The owner is a Huge Liar. The bed is all spring and metal. We end up badly in bad back pain. We stayed for 2 nights and checked out when find out a new accomodation cause the place is a totally disgusting. Booking.com they said they will give my full refund,and later sent email that the owner refused the give my money back. Thiere business is to get money from people,business is very Dishonest. Never book a property that you will not see in the actual,because you will end up losing your money. Owner of that property is a huge liar putting pictures that is not true and all lies information. Do not trust what they put in website,not unless you see the place... Avoid and Be carefull. Scam.. Scam..

it was a HMO and it was an asian HMO where as the people were walking about arguing outside my door banging on my door at 3 and 4 in the morning. my car was broken into and all of my clothes were stolen. it was a terrible place and it should have a warning on the property because people like me dont know the areas. i am disgusted.

there wasnt even a television in the room. just a bed and a wardrobe. FOR A MONTH. I GOT IN TOUCH WITH OUR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND DIDNT EVEN GET A REPLY.

Friendly staff. Clean. Excellent value for money. Good access to Birmingham centre.

The walls need noise insulation. And the floorboards need attention.

I didnt like anything. I paid for 11 days. Went to the location and when I got inside, I booked another place and went there. I spent 1 hour there out of the 11 days.

I hate everything. The location is bad. Looks like a high crime area. I could not spend one night in that place. Cords hanging from the cealing and dirt on the edges of the wall. Outdated. I booked 11 nights and stayed for 1 hour. I booked someplace else immediately. The photo on the ptofile is misleading.
