Very good value, very big, lots of space. Not in the centre, but not too far and in Birmingham you will Uber everywhere.

Immediate surrounding area is ok. But that's why it's so cheap.

"The property needs updating and be looked after."

It is a nice property adapted to people with walking difficultes. There is an adapted toilette on the ground floor. Unfortunatelly there are steps to climb to the property door and the lift / chair to climb to the first floor didn' work !

There is a large kitchen but not all the applicances work properly: The oven didn' work, There is a TV on the kitchen that doesn't wort either. There is no dishwasher. It is a pity all those little things, because the property "has potential".
